The Equine Personal Training Program is a unique new training program that brings a movement science approach to horse training in a way that hasn’t been seen before.
It’s all about creating a personal training program that’s been hand crafted for the individual horse and rider combination.

How does it work?
The Equine PT method works by systematically improving the horse’s posture and mobility which has the on-flowing effect of making him better balanced, straighter, less one-sided and more capable of carrying a rider.
This kind of work has proven to make horses easier to ride, by making the horse more physically able to do what the rider is asking. As a result many common riding/schooling issues begin improving all on their own!
What kind of horses can it work for?
I came up with this exercise program when I was working with a team of older lesson ponies, I was looking for a way to exercise them that didn’t involve riding so I could build up their topline, improve their flexibility and age-related stiffness and strengthen their core postural muscles to allow them to do their (very important) work of carrying beginner children riders as easily as possible.
If your horse needs more topline, whatever his age, this is the program for you! I have been doing Equine PT with my horses for years, and with my pupil’s horses and client’s horses too. Time and time again it’s worked for horses of all ages, fitness levels and disciplines.
Even though it was born from a need when I was working with 20yo+ ponies, I also really like this training system for young horses to build them up before riding so they are strong enough to carry the rider correctly from the beginning

What’s inside the Equine PT Course?
More than just an exercise program to follow along with your horse at home, the Online Course includes 30+ short video lessons spread out over six weeks of learning (approx 1hr per week)
The Equine PT Online Course is a six-week course consisting of one Module per week. It’s self-paced learning so if things come up (life happens, we get it!) you can just pick it up again when you’re ready.
